Every donation supports our FD knowledge base, doctor database, and tools for families with rare diseases. The foundation is funded solely by the founders and research grants.
Where the money goes: running and developing GeneGuidelines - living guidelines and a specialist database for rare diseases. Researching a disease costs real compute; when the budget runs out, the queue waits for a top-up.
Campaign status: accounts on siepomaga.pl and zrzutka.pl are being set up. If you want to support but need a different form - contact us.
A transfer reaches the foundation in full - no payment-processor fee. Full transparency: every transfer is recorded in the foundation's annual report.

To receive 1.5% CIT donations, the foundation must hold OPP (Public Benefit Organisation) status. The legal requirement is at least 2 years of public-benefit activity. GeneQuest was registered on 12 December 2025, so we plan to file the OPP application at the end of 2027.
Realistic access to 1.5% CIT for our foundation is the 2027 tax filing - spring 2028. Until then, the simplest support options are direct transfer and planned campaigns (siepomaga / zrzutka).
